Booking & Cancellations Policy

When making a booking, please keep the following in mind:

All reservations will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know if you will be late so we can adjust the dining time accordingly because we are unable to extend the original booking.

Dining al fresco – Although our awning offers some shelter, it is not totally weatherproof. Unfortunately, this could lead to the abrupt cancellation of your reservation during severe weather conditions. Your party may be able to enter with an altered time depending on the number of reservations we currently have, but this is not guaranteed.

Special Arrangement – While we try to accommodate all requests, we regrettably cannot make any guarantees. This includes requests for particular tables.

Bookings of 5+ – We do request a credit card guarantee for any bookings of 5 people or more. For “no shows” or “cancellations” with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge up to $50 per person.

Bookings of 9+ – We require you to select one of our banquet menus for any bookings of 9 people or more. Upon your enquiry or request, you will receive an email with these menus.

Change in Party Size – If not prearranged otherwise, any party of 8 or less, that increases, will be required to select a banquet menu upon arrival. In the event that the group decides they no longer want to dine with us, a $50 charge per person will be added to the card on reservation file.

Parking – While our premises offers FREE parking underneath of the building, we cannot guarantee the free space as the area is also shared with the building visitors. Especially on the weekends, we highly recommend that you allocate 10-15 mins extra to find a parking space, should our parking lot to be full. We do recommend the 2 paid open carpark within 2 minutes of the restaurant on Frederick St & Aubrey St. Please see the link below for further information.
